What You’ll Be Doing: Leading Transformation in Banking

As a Managing Consultant - Banking Transformation, you will play a key role in leading transformation initiatives, engaging with senior banking executives, and contributing to FiSer’s business growth. Your deep industry expertise, strong network, and strategic mindset will be essential in delivering impactful change.

• Lead large-scale banking transformation programs, ensuring strategic alignment and execution.
• Drive change management initiatives, helping clients navigate regulatory, technological, and operational shifts.
• Expand FiSer’s presence by leveraging your network to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Advise banking clients on digital transformation, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop consultants, building a high-performing and motivated team.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and regulators, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lay the foundation for a future leadership role (Principal/Partner track) by demonstrating business development and thought leadership.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a banking professional with strong leadership capabilities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven ability to drive transformation and business growth.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• 10-12+ years of experience in banking or financial services consulting, with expertise in:
• Banking Transformation & Change Management
• Finance, Risk Management (Financial & Non-Financial), Payments, Operations, or IT
• Proven experience leading complex banking transformation programs, from strategy to execution.
• A strong professional network within the Dutch banking sector, with established relationships across banks, fintechs, and regulatory bodies.
• Business development experience, with a sales and commercial mindset to identify and secure new consulting engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, engaging with C-level executives and regulators.
• Hands-on project & change management expertise, with experience in Agile environments.
• A problem-solving and results-driven mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Experience in a leading consulting firm is preferred.
