As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Insurance Practice Lead, a senior professional who will drive transformation in the industry, lead client delivery, and help shape the future of FiSer’s Insurance practice.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Insurance Practice Lead , you will take full ownership of our consulting proposition in this area. You will guide transformation programs, advise clients, and define how FiSer supports the Insurance sector. You’ll play a key role in expanding the practice, driving commercial growth, and mentoring our team.

  1. Lead high-impact transformation projects for clients in the Insurance sector.

  2. Define and develop FiSer’s proposition in Insurance based on key industry trends and client needs.

  3. Act as a trusted advisor to clients at all levels, supporting change and strategic decision-making.

  4. Expand our client base through business development and leveraging your industry network.

  5. Represent FiSer in the market as a thought leader and help grow our brand recognition.

  6. Mentor and support team members, contributing to a high-performing culture.

  7. Lay the foundation for a Principal or Partner role by demonstrating leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.

 

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in the Insurance industry and a strong track record in delivering transformation.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in the Insurance or Pensions industry, with expertise in areas such as:

    • Model Development, Finance, Risk Management (Financial & Non-Financial), Operations, or IT.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end transformation projects – from initiation to execution – within agile environments.

  • Strong understanding of the regulatory, organizational, and technological developments shaping the sector.

  • A strong professional network in the Dutch Insurance market.

  • Experience in business development and a commercial mindset to grow our client base.

  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to challenge the status quo.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

  • Legal authorization to work in the Netherlands.
