FiSer Consulting is a niche and independent consulting firm founded in 2015 in **Amsterdam** by **Dirk Worm and Mischa Wesdorp**, combining over 25 years of experience in the global financial services industry.

 

In 2024, we expanded our presence with a second office in **Frankfurt, Germany**. Since then, we’ve continued to grow as a fast-scaling firm, earning the **FD Gazelle Award for the fifth consecutive year** and strengthening our commitment to quality and responsible business through recognised standards and certifications, including **NEN 4400-1, FSQS and EcoVadis**.
