As we continue to expand our Banking practice, we are looking for a Banking Consultant who wants to work on real transformation projects, grow fast, and build a strong foundation in financial services consulting.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients and project teams on transformation initiatives within the banking sector. You’ll gain hands-on experience across strategy, operations, regulation, and change, while developing strong consulting and analytical skills.
You will:
- Deliver transformation projects for Banking clients together with experienced consultants.
- Analyze complex challenges and translate them into clear, structured solutions.
- Support initiatives across operations, risk, compliance, finance, and digital transformation.
- Work on process improvements and change initiatives from analysis to implementation.
- Collaborate closely with clients, team members, and industry experts.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge development, and the growth of FiSer’s Banking practice.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar)
- 2–9 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services or Consulting.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
- Good organizational and project management capabilities.
- Interest in banking transformation topics such as digitalization, regulation, risk, or operational efficiency.
- Comfortable working in international, multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the Netherlands.
