What You'll Work On:  

As a Banking Consultant, you'll support transformation projects for our clients across operations, risk, compliance, finance, regulatory change and digital transformation - working alongside experienced consultants and client teams to analyse challenges, structure solutions and support implementation from start to finish.

• Create plans and delivery structures
• Manage and structure the delivery, excelling in communication, transparancy and insights
• Prepare deliverables, presentations, workshops and stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and industry experts in multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to FiSer's Banking practice through knowledge sharing and business-development support.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for ambitious professionals with a strong interest in Banking, financial services and business transformation.

• A Master's degree (WO) in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field - or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, fintech or consulting.
• Experience or strong interest in project management and delivery, change management and business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and a can-do mindset
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working in international, multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English (Dutch is a plus, not a requirement).
• Currently based in the Netherlands with valid work authorisation.
