This role is a designed for motivated final-year students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in a growing financial services consultancy.
At FiSer Consulting, we help leading banks and financial institutions navigate change and deliver transformation in a dynamic industry. We support our clients across digital and data, regulations and compliance, and risk and finance. Together, we deliver the projects and programmes that turn our clients’ strategy into action.
Starting in September 2026, you’ll join our team part-time for six months and support internal initiatives connected to financial services consulting, business development, research and operations. Depending on your interests and project availability, there may also be opportunities to contribute to client-related work.
What You'll Work on:
You’ll collaborate with our consultants across a range of topics and tasks, combining analytical, creative and operational work. This is a chance to gain real consulting experience, contributing to projects that matter.
Internal Projects & Knowledge Building
- Support the creation of consulting materials: toolkits, playbooks, or strategic decks
- Conduct research on industry y topics (e.g. regulatory, risk, finance, AI, Data ,)
- Maintain and structure internal documentation and knowledge libraries
- Help organise internal events
- Contribute to training content, recruitment, and branding initiatives
Consulting & Project Support
- Help summarise key insights from research
- Contribute to structuring client-facing materials (slides, overviews, frameworks)
Who We’re Looking For:
This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to explore consulting in a hands-on, flexible way.
- You are in your final year (Bachelor/Master) or recently graduated
- You are studying Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or a related field
- You are available at least 2 days a week (16+ hours) for 6 months
- You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- You are proactive, structured and a strong communicator
- You are confident using PowerPoint and Excel (AI skills)
- You have a genuine interest in consulting, financial services and digital transformation
