At FiSer Consulting, we specialize in business transformation and change management within the financial services industry. Since our founding in 2015, we have worked on high-impact projects across the Netherlands and Germany, helping financial institutions adapt to industry changes, optimize operations, and implement innovative solutions.

We’re looking for motivated final-year students or recent graduates to join our team part-time for six months, starting in February 2026. You’ll support internal initiatives and, when possible, contribute to client-related work depending on the project and client setup.
What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll collaborate with our consultants across a range of topics and tasks, combining analytical, creative and operational work. This is a chance to build real consulting experience while contributing to projects that matter.
Internal Projects & Knowledge Building
- Support the creation of consulting materials: toolkits, playbooks, or strategic decks
- Conduct research on regulatory topics (e.g. PSD3, ESG, DORA, AI)
- Maintain and structure internal documentation and knowledge libraries
- Help organise internal events (e.g. onboarding days, FiSer Culture Nights)
- Contribute to training content, recruitment, and branding initiatives
Consulting & Project Support
- Assist in preparing client materials: reports, dashboards, proposals
- Help summarise key insights from meetings or research
- Contribute to structuring client-facing materials (slides, overviews, frameworks)
- Gain exposure to projects in banking, insurance, and payments
Who We’re Looking For:
This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to explore consulting in a hands-on, flexible way.
- You are in your final year (Bachelor/Master) or recently graduated
- You are studying Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or a related field
- You are available at least 3 days a week (16+ hours) for 6 months
- You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- You are proactive, structured and a strong communicator
- You are confident using PowerPoint and Excel (Power BI or Python is a bonus)
- You have a genuine interest in consulting, financial services and digital transformation
