What to expect from our process
Step 1
Application Review
Our recruitment team carefully reviews your application to assess your fit for the role.
Step 2
Interview 1 – HR Screening
An introductory conversation with our recruiter to get to know you, introduce FiSer, and explore your motivation and overall fit.
Step 3
Interview 2 – Practice Lead + Consultant
A more in-depth discussion focused on your experience, your potential contribution to current projects, and alignment with our team and clients.
Step 4
Business Case
You’ll be invited to analyse and present a business case - giving us a sense of your approach, problem-solving skills, and communication style.
Step 5
Offer
If there’s a match, we’ll move forward with a tailored offer and onboarding to welcome you to FiSer.
