What to expect from our process
Step 1
Application Review
Our recruitment team carefully reviews your application to assess your fit for the role.
Step 2
Interview 1 – HR Screening
A conversation with Talent Acquisition/HR to get to know you, introduce FiSer, and explore your motivation and overall fit.
Step 3
Interview 2 – Meet the Team
A deeper conversation with the Hiring Manager / Practice Lead and one of our consultants about your experience, projects and potential fit.
Step 4
Interview 3 - Leadership or Founder Conversation
Meet a founder or leadership team member and one person from the team to discuss collaboration, values, growth and long-term fit.
Step 5
Offer
If there’s a match, we’ll move forward with a tailored offer and onboarding to welcome you to FiSer.
